Seminar on "Management of Competition in Internet and Forums" Date Update 08-08-2011
Catching the continuous development and pervasive power of Internet, namely social networks, blogs and forums, enterprises have begun to use and treats these tools as business development tools for their business. But, in addition to the benefits in business development, some companies also recognize that using these tools to defame other competitors is a very effective method which does not cost much but extremely effective. Damage caused to the victim companies is quite large, but the remedies prescribed by law regulations are limited and not strong enough to deter.
