Contributing opinions to the new Labour CodeDate Update 25-05-2011
Recently, at the seminar on the amendment of the Labour Code, the Committee of Social Affairs of the National Assembly has confirmed that it is necessary to amend the Labour Code. Therefore, with the aim to help enterprises in contributing responses, opinions to the amendment and supplement of the Labour Code, VNHR and VCCI will jointly organize a seminar with the topic: Contributing Opinions to the New Labour Code, to be held on 27th, May, 2011.
With the strength in the labour law, P&P is much honored to be invited as speaker at the seminar. Two speakers from P&P are Attorney Nguyen Thi Phuong Chung and Lawyer Trinh Thu Hao will present the contents relevant to jobs, labour contracts, the union trade and labour dispute resolution, as well as answer the questions raising from audiences.
