Our Part I of this Legal Newsletter is a legal article recently published in the Thoi Bao Kinh Te Sai Gon named “Personal income tax with respect to the authorization of real estate: Would rather wrongly collecting than missing out!” written by our lawyer Ms. Lac Thi Tu Duy. By this article, we provide our comments on a number of legal aspects regarding personal income tax with respect to authorization activities of real estate in Vietnam.
In Part II, we would like to provide you with some notable regulations as follows:
1. Exemption, reduction of corporate income tax and personal income tax until the end of 2012.
2. 50% reduction of land rent payment in years 2011 and 2012 for economic organizations operating in the production industries.
3. Must submit a copy of the signed Labour Contract plus the copy of issued work permit to the issuing body.
