By this article, we provide our comments on a number of necessary things to note before filing a lawsuit in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.

1. More incomes of enterprises shall be liable for corporate income tax from 01 March 2012
2. Having already had guidance on establishment of branch of a foreign non-life insurer in Vietnam
3. Adding many cases which are not liable for value added tax
