Lately, the Government promulgated the Decree No. 71/2010/DĐ-CP dated June 23, 2010 stipulating in detail and guiding on implementation of the Law on Housing to take the place of the Decree No. 90/2006/ND-CP dated September 06, 2006. In the enclosed legal alert, we would like to introduce one of the most important contents stated in this Decree, regulations on ownership of housing in Vietnam of overseas Vietnamese and of foreign organizations, individuals.
