Hong Leong Bank Berhad, Malaysia is proud to be given the honour by the Government of Vietnam to become the first foreign bank from ASEAN to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Vietnam. Hong Leong Bank Vietnam Limited has commenced is operations in Ho Chi Minh City since October 08th, 2009.
