Practice Description
Mr Tung has started his legal particle before his graduation from the Ho Chi Minh City Law University in 2003 and he up to now has gained nearly 10 years of experience in legal field.
Prior to joining P&P in 2006, he practiced law at J&J Law Office and at LuatViet Legal Consultants. Mr. Tung is well qualified to provide legal advice on a wide range of legal issues and his particular areas of expertise, however, are Corporate and Investment Law. He has handled a numbers of transactions relating to corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, banking and real estate industries.
His knowledge in this field of law is supplemented by his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Banking. Mr. Tung thus has the capacity to connect legal and economic knowledge in a way that is highly favourable to the needs of clients. His recent graduation from the Masters of Law program has only heightened the already considerable legal skill that he applies to a variety of legal tasks. Being a qualified real estate agent, he has successfully connected foreign investors and Vietnam real estate developers for some real estate projects.
Mr. Tung has spoken at numerous professional seminars on investment and business law and has been invited to give professional opinion for some bills from the governmental agencies. He is also a keen reporter with many articles published in The Saigon Times (Thoi Bao Kinh Te Sai Gon), The Entrepreneur & Law Review, (Doanh nhan va Phap Luat), The Business Review (Nhip Cau Dau Tu), Vietnam Investment Review (Bao Dau Tu) and other newspapers. He also has been invited to give lectures in the Judical Academy and some universities and colleges in Ho Chi Minh City for his specialty.
