Phuoc & Partners was founded in 2003, primarily specialized in Tax, M&A, Labour and Employment as well as Dispute Resolution practices. In 2004, Phuoc & Partners merged with a leading Vietnamese law firm specialized in litigation procedures. Gaining further experience in complex taxation issues and realizing the need for incorporated services, Phuoc & Partners established its own office in 2006.

Today Phuoc & Partners is well known nationwide for being the first law firm in Vietnam where lawyers, tax consultants and translators cooperate closely as to produce efficient and sophisticated counsel.
